About spending 4 hrs per day in Flow state.
Action thoughts:
1) One thought is i can pre-determine & allocate how much time duration im gonna invest on each of the following three activities to fill my day:
- creative process - product design & manufacturing 40%
- managing process - Reviewing projects, updating cards & picking next actions. 20%
- Sessions with people. 40%
